How do I place an order?
Pick your piece, size and color, then tap Inquire on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, address and payment in the chat.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days in Cairo and Giza.
How much is shipping?
LE 70 flat.
Returns
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes — within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange the swap.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer size and color exchanges or store credit. Cash refunds are only issued for faulty items.
